PAINT DENTS
Smart Auto Javea can effectively repair dents caused by day-to-day usage without the need for replacing and painting the complete body panel. In a conventional body shop repairs such as dents would generally take up to 2 to 3 days to complete and the cost would be considerably more too.

THE REPAIR PROCESS
We clean the area we are going to paint with a special degreaser to remove any wax or grease from the car as this may cause reactions.
We then repair the damaged areas by way of sanding, adding filler were needed.
We then scotch the area that is going to be painted, this is a very light sanding to help key the area to be sprayed.
Once keyed we then mask and prime the repair.
We then mix the colour by using our advanced paint colour scanner and mixing the correct colour on site, all our vans are fitted with full grade A mixing schemes, this includes metallic` s and 3 stage pearls.
The repaired area is then sprayed with the colour.
Infrared heat lamps are used to cure the paint, this normally takes between 20 minutes and 30 minutes.
The final stage is to flat and polish the panel if it is required, this involves a light sanding to remove any bits of dirt and orange peel, then we use a machine to buff the panel and get its shine back, simple.
